Fall Challenge

First off I am so excited about this six week challenge. It is going to be my most intense challenge yet, and will push you to accomplish goals you never thought you could. This challenge is slightly different from past ones I have designed. In this six weeks we are going to focus more on building lean muscle. In turn this will provide weight loss. Here are some of the highlights of the six week fall challenge.

Building muscle is crucial for getting "toned." I despise that word, because it is just a way to feminize muscle on women. We are going to be building all the major muscle groups in this challenge. Everyday will have a new muscle group to train. I will give you around six to eight lifts to perform per day on top of cardio and abs.

What will you get with this challenge? First thing is the basics, your training plan/meal plan. For the meal plan I am giving you the option between counting macros or a set meal plan. I recommend counting macros, because it is what I believe works best for maintaining this lifestyle.

You will also receive accountability. I will be available via email 24/7. I normally respond within hours, so this is my best way to contact me. I will also offer Skype session! I am here for any support/questions you may have on this challenge. Your success means the world to me! Also we will be using the #AlwaysFearlessFC so we all can see each others posts for support.

Support is also a key part of this challenge. A Facebook group will be created for this challenge for encouragement with other challengers who want to join! I will also post daily tips! Another new variable I'll be adding to this challenge is video support. On my youtube I will have every single lift that will be performed in this challenge, so you can have a visual.

Prizes will be awarded to the top 3 finishers! This does not mean the winners will experience the most weight loss. I will be picking the top three women who have worked their tails off, and have been 100% dedicated to the challenge! First place receives $150 worth of Vpx Sports supplements plus free entry into my next challenge! Second place receives $50 worth of Vpx Sports Supplements plus free entry into my next challenge. Third place will win free entry into my next challenge.

With my challenges I am so passionate about teaching all of you how to maintain this lifestyle even when the challenge is over. I don't want your results to stop after these six weeks. This challenge should kickstart your fitness journey, and show you what your are capable of! So excited to have you all be apart of the #AlwaysFearlessGirls family. Lets kick this challenges butt!
